History of the Firm
Angus McInnes founded the McInnes & Associates Consulting Firm in 1996 after serving the Liquor Licence Control Board of Ontario for eighteen years as an Inspector.
Angus (Gus) McInnes was well versed in the Administration and Enforcement pertaining to the Liquor Licensing Board and using this extensive knowledge of the Liquor Licence Act he created McInnes & Associates to help individuals, corporations, municipal offices, law enforcement and other entities related to the hospitality Industry in all faucets of business.
Scott McInnes after serving 20 years in the force armed with a Ontario Business degree and extensive knowledge also in the hospitality industry joined the Consulting firm in 2001. The combined efforts of the father and son team have been helping people, businesses and Liquor Licensed establishments with great success since inception.

McInnes & Associates have an active data base that includes over 400 businesses in and around the Greater Toronto Area and just over 100 businesses in the Barrie Area alone.
The associates of the firm are other Hospitality Industry related professionals, including architects, designers, construction consultants, lawyers and agents..
