The Alcohol and Gaming Commission

In Ontario, all Liquor Licensing applications are governed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, an entity of the Provincial Government

The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) was established February 23, 1998 under the Alcohol and Gaming Regulation and Public Protection Act, 1996. They are a quasi-judicial regulatory agency that reports to the Minister of Government and Consumer Services.

In addition to dealing with provincial government processes, all licensees must also obtain approval of the local government. In order to secure the appropriate Liquor Licensing solution for your unique requirements, all conditions of these governing bodies must be coordinated at all levels of the application process.
